The Avery is a 200-unit luxury apartment community in Orlando, Florida. The property includes five four-story, garden-style buildings with a clubhouse, pool, and other amenities. It was built by Summit Contracting Group and developed by Republic Family of Companies.

McAdams Siding delivered the exterior siding scope across all five buildings — fiber cement lap siding with board-and-batten accents and full trim, gable, and soffit detailing.
